WHERE CAN YOU VIEW OUR CARS?
All our cars are available to browse on our online showroom, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and from the comfort and safety of your own home. Each car page has an enquiry form where you can request more information, request a viewing (whether virtual or in person), receive a finance quotation.
WHAT IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY?
Our cars can be purchased online via our enquiry forms and all paperwork digitally signed and correspondence carried out electronically or over the phone. If you are wanting to visit the showroom prior to purchasing a car, our enquiry forms will allow you to make a an appointment at an available time.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR?
If you would rather pick the car up yourself, it can be collected using our contactless Click & Collect service. Alternatively we can arrange for a contactless delivery to your home free of charge, we’ll even post your car keys through the door in order to observe social distancing rules. Any of our cars can also be reserved using a holding deposit, ready to be collected at a later date at your discretion.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE A PART EXCHANGE?
We can provide you with a competitive price for your vehicle via our enquiry forms and using the information you provide us with about age, mileage, specification etc. You can then leave your car with us if you are choosing to Click & Collect when collecting your new car.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE WE TAKING DURING THIS TIME?
We are constantly reviewing government guidelines during this uncertain time as the safety and health of our colleagues and customers are our number one priority. All of our cars in the showroom, or whether being collected or dropped off, are sanitised and disinfected routinely and multiple times. In the showroom we have put social distancing markings in place and installed sanitisation stations and protective screens, as well as using contactless payments where possible. Protective clothing is worn by our staff dealing with customers including the use of disposable rubber gloves and face masks, we also ensure that steering wheel and seat covers are used on every car being moved and then disposed of correctly.
